No, I'm not an emotional eater at all

The important thing is that I went for the Diet Dr Pepper instead of the regular stuff. Because, you know, calories count.

That looks gooooood :)

Makes me wonder if the whole fitness industry might be abolished if we were told as young children, "No, you can't have veggies every night...those are only for very special occasions." We'd have a nation of adults raiding the produce aisles in rebellion.

man, i loves me some super sized fries from mcdonalds. and then some ice cream. BUT, the very best thing to do when you are feeling like this is to order the super fries and a vanilla milk shake and then dip the fries in the milkshake....oh. so. delish.

seriously...the best.

I so know the feeling of not being an emotional eater, I would have added 1 or 2 of those apple pies, with a diet coke of course!

I don't see anything wrong with a meal like that at all. Fries and a Sundae are perfectly healthy in my book!

Tukey and I are here and I just popped open the photo and yelled out:

OH YUMMY!

My dinner last night--Cold Stone Creamery Cake Batter with Brownies, Hot fudge, and caramel!

Mmmmm, I love doing the salty and then sweet and then salty thing, too. Thanks for making me wish I'd had french fries for dinner.

Did you dip the fries in the sundea? Because that's what I would have done. I probably would have gotten water because adding soda would have hurt my tummy :)
